Friends and Family! FYI- from the 13th to the 24th February I will be completely uncontactable. I am flying up from Saigon, Vietnam to Yangon, Myannmar to attend a (silent) Vipassana Meditation retreat! The course requires no electronic devices, books or even conversations with anybody else on the course for the duration of the time spent there!
